What is this site?

SuperintelligenceCompliance.ai is a practical reference for businesses that build, buy, or use AI. It is organized by sector, so a compliance officer, founder, or operator can find the rules that apply to them in financial services, healthcare, employment, insurance, and pricing, plus the cross-cutting laws such as the EU AI Act and the US state AI laws.

Each guide says what a rule requires in practice, the dates that matter, and where the primary text is. It does not sell compliance services, and it is not legal advice.

How are the guides written and checked?

  • Primary sources first. A rule is described from the statute, regulation, agency guidance, or enforcement order, with a link. News coverage, law firm summaries, and other secondary sources are used for context or when the original is not available, and the source list names them for what they are.
  • Status dates. Laws get delayed, amended, enjoined, and repealed. Each guide shows the date it was last updated, time-sensitive claims say when they were true, and a rule that has been proposed but not adopted is labeled as a proposal.
  • A separate fact check. Before a guide is published, a separate AI fact-checking pass checks every cited link and checks dates, statuses, and quotations against the primary text where it can be reached, such as the statute, regulation, Federal Register notice, or court docket. Some publishers block automated access; claims resting on those pages are checked against an archived copy or another source where possible, or attributed to the source that reported them. Claims that cannot be confirmed are cut or attributed.
  • How AI is used. These guides are researched, drafted, edited, and fact-checked with AI tools, each step run separately so the fact check is not grading its own draft. No outside subject-matter expert has reviewed the guides, and none is claimed.

Who publishes it?
